Pechacek’s General Contracting, LLC is passionate and dedicated to giving back to the communities that we work in. Everyone who works at PGC has a commitment to get to know the people and the community’s needs and then do our best to help in any way possible.
The company’s biggest volunteer effort was being the general contractor for the development and construction of the First National Bank Field, an amateur baseball field, for the community of River Falls. Brian donated his time over a three year timeline during development by meeting with and gathering contractors for estimates and coordinating sub-contractors during construction. We also donated funds for small projects and we continue to support the field by annually sponsoring an outfield fence sign. The baseball field is a huge asset to the River Falls and surrounding communities as teams from all over the area play games at the field. Local high schools and other organizations use the field to hold church services, movie nights and other non-profit fund raisers.
Brian has coached youth sports and is currently sponsoring a New Richmond youth girls’ softball team. The company has shingled dugouts for the Hudson school district baseball fields and has donated materials and labor to build announcer and concession stands for River Falls baseball.
The River Falls Chamber of Commerce had a need for new booths for tickets and information. Once again we donated the materials and labor for the construction. The River Falls Chamber is currently using them for local activities.
As a company we volunteer for annual River Falls community events including Bacon Bash, River Falls Days, Art on the Kinni, Kinnickinnic River clean-up day and other events throughout the region.
Giving back is part of what we do as a business. We see our business and our regional community as a mutual support system.
